16 1/4  lbs Pollock serpentine cut portions
Instructions
  1. Place frozen fish in a single layer in full size pans. Sprinkle with Asado Style Fajita Seasoning Mix.

  2. Bake in 400°F convection oven 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
