Seasoned ground meat in a crisp shell loaded with cool shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, salsa and Southwest sour cream
|1 lb||Lean Ground Beef or Turkey|
|3 Tbsp||Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning|
|6 each||Taco Shells or 6" Flour Tortillas|
|1/2 head||Shredded Lettuce|
|1 c||Fresh Tomatoes, chopped and seeded|
|1/2 c||Shredded Cheddar Cheese, low fat, low sodium|
|1/2 c||Sour cream|
|1 tsp||Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning|
In a large skillet or the flat top griddle, brown ground meat. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning and water. Bring to boil then simmer, stirring occasionally, for five minutes or until almost dry.
To order: Heat meat in sauté pan or the flat top griddle. Spoon into taco shells and top according to the order.
Southwest Chipotle Sour Cream - mix Southwest Chipotle seasoning and sour cream, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes prior to serving.
