Figgy Gravy

Sweet fig preserves gives a touch of sweetness to this recipe using our Country White Gravy with Pepper Instant Mix.

Ingredients

Amount	Item
1 gal	Hot water (180°-190°F)
2 cups	Sugar
2 cups	Fig Preserves
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Country White Gravy with Pepper Instant Mix (086T)

Instructions

Pour water into mixing bowl or container. Pour sugar into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk.
Mix in Fig preserves and stir until combined.
Pour contents of pouch (25.0 oz) into Fig mixture. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth.
