Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Give your customers the Greek style dressing that is trendy now but without buying a different SKU. Nutritional Facts based on using V402 Foothill Farms Ranch Dressing Mix with nonfat Greek yogurt and fat free mayo.

Ingredients

Amount	Item
1 qt	Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 qt	Water
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (#V400 or #V402)
1/2 gal	Mayonnaise

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, add yogurt and water. Mix with wire whisk or electric mixer to combined. Add Ranch Dressing Mix (3.2 oz) and mix well.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed, about 2 minutes, until smooth.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
NOTE: This dressing can be made "light" by using low fat mayonnaise.
