| 1 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix #088T |
| 4 1/2 c | Honey mustard sauce |
| 30 lb | Frozen breaded cauliflower |
Instructions
In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add honey mustard sauce to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).
For order: Cook 6 oz of breaded cauliflower. Allow to drain in fry basket.
Place cauliflower in serving container. Serve with 1/4 cup of sauce.
