Fresh seasonal fruit cobblers

Fruit Cobbler

8  c Fruit
10  c Fruit juice or water
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cobbler Mix (#585T)
  1. Spray half pan with pan-release. Place fruit in pan.

  2. In a mixing container, add contents Cobbler Mix (19.75 oz) to juice or water. Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk until smooth.

  3. Pour batter over fruit.

  4. Bake in a 350°F conventional oven for 45-65 minutes or convection oven for 30-50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool prior to serving.
