Gorgonzola Sauce

It's deceptively simple to make and the flavor is deep, but not too intense. Pair with roasted vegetables or flank steak.

Gorgonzola Sauce
Amount Item
1  bag Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix (#0701)
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  cup Crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  1. Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of White Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  2. Add cheese and mix until melted and well blended. Reserve warm.
