| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix (#0701) |
| 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 cup | Crumbled gorgonzola cheese |
Instructions
Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of White Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add cheese and mix until melted and well blended. Reserve warm.
