Green Bean Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Make a side of green bean salad tossed in poppy seed dressing. Made with steamed fresh green beans and served chilled.

1  c Cool water
2  c White vinegar
1  c Sugar
1  bag Foothill Farms® Poppy Seed Dressing & Seasoning Mix (#V601)
5  c Oil
10  lbs Fresh green beans
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add Poppy Seed Dressing & Seasoning Mix (8 oz) to water, vinegar and sugar. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed. Add oil and continue mixing until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using.

  2. Steam green beans until cooked al dente. Allow to cool.

  3. Toss green beans and poppy seed dressing together until beans are coated. Serve chilled.
