Mouth-watering, marinaded and grilled salmon fillets with sweet BBQ teriyaki sauce
|1/2 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® BBQ Teriyaki Sauce Mix (#V429)|
|24 pc||Salmon fillet (5 oz)|
|Salt & pepper, to taste|
|6 each||Scallions, thinly sliced|
|3/4 c||Sesame seeds|
To prepare sauce: Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour BBQ Teriyaki Sauce Mix (24.8oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Divide sauce and reserve warm.
Brush salmon with BBQ Teriyaki Sauce and season with salt and pepper. Grill salmon, turning once.
To serve, plate salmon and generously drizzle with BBQ Teriyaki Sauce. (Hint: may work best if sauce is placed in a squeeze bottle.) Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
