35  each Los Cabos Beef & Bean Burrito
1  bag Foothill Farms® Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce Mix
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
Instructions
  1. Burrito Prep: Place burritos on a lined sheet pan, flap facing up. Bake in 300° F convection oven for 5-6 minutes if thawed (9-11 minutes if frozen). Remove burritos from oven and layer in a full size steam table pan.

  2. Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce Prep: Pour ½ gallon (64 fl oz) of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of pouch (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.

  3. Pour the prepared Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce over burritos in steam table pan. Continue baking in 300° F convection oven until internal temperature reaches 160°.
