| 1 c | Cool water |
| 1 c | White vinegar |
| 1 c | Fresh lime juice (about 6 large) |
| 1 1/2 c | Honey |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Poppy Seed Dressing & Seasoning Mix (#V601) |
| 5 c | Oil |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add Poppy Seed Dressing & Seasoning Mix (8 oz) to water, vinegar, juice and honey. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add oil and continue mixing until thoroughly combined.
Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using.
