2 #10 | Canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas) or great northern white beans, drained |
3 1/4 cups | Frozen lemon juice concentrate, reconstituted |
2 1/2 cups | Peanut butter, tahini or sunflower seed butter |
2 bags | Foothill Farms® Charro Style Bean Seasoning (#V461) |
3 1/4 cups | Water |
10 chips/serving | Whole grain tortilla chips, unsalted, low fat |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree to a smooth consistency.
Spread into two shallow pans (12" x 20" x 2 ½") to a product depth of 2" or less.
CCP: Chill to 41° F or lower within 4 hours. Cover. Refrigerate until service.
Portion with No. 8 scoop (½ cup).
