Italian Oven Roasted Potatoes

Seasoned perfectly, tender, golden brown and crisp potatoes. The perfect side for chicken, sandwiches and to accompany breakfast.

Italian Oven Roasted Potatoes

1  bag Foothill Farms Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (#V408)
8  lb Potatoes, sliced thin or wedges
1  pt Oil
Instructions
  1. Place dressing mix in shaker container.

  2. Place sliced potatoes on an baking sheet. Coat with oil.

  3. Sprinkle approximately 1 oz of dry dressing mix to 1 lb of potatoes. Toss.

  4. Bake at 350°F convection oven for 15 minutes until crisp.
