|1 bag||Foothill Farms Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (088T)|
|2 1/2 qt||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 1/2 qt||Evaporated milk|
|12 lbs||Macaroni noodles, cooked|
|2 cups||Shredded cheddar cheese|
Melt butter in hot water. Pour cheese sauce into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth.
Blend in evaporated milk and eggs.
Combine noodles and cheese sauce, and divide between four 1/2 pan steam table pans.
Top each pan with 4 oz of shredded cheese and bake for 45 minutes in a convection over at 325ºF.
