Mango Pork Sauce
Sweet mango chutney gives this pork extra flavor. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or as a sauce for pork, rice or vegetables.

Ingredients

| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Pork Flavor Gravy Instant Mix (076T) |
| 1 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 4 cups | Mango chutney |
| 2 1/2 Tbsp | Parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Gravy Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add mango chutney and parsley and stir well until combined.
