72 oz | Canned water-packed white (albacore) tuna, drained |
2 c | Chopped red bell pepper |
24 | Green onions, chopped |
3/4 c | Sliced black olives |
6 qts | Salad greens |
12 | Small tomatoes, sliced |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except salad greens and tomatoes in large bowl; mix well.
Serve over salad greens surrounded by tomatoes.
Optional: Serve with light vinegrette salad dressing.
