Mocha Toffee Bread Pudding

A delicious twist on a retro favorite.

1  qt Cooled coffee
1  bag Foothill Farms® Bread Pudding Mix (102T)
1 1/2  lbs. Stale bread product
8  oz Package of milk chocolate toffee bits
  Caramel topping
  1. Using a large bowl, whisk Bread Pudding Mix into cooled coffee. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.

  2. Tear bread product into small pieces and stir into bread pudding mixture until liquid is absorbed.

  3. Gently fold in milk chocolate toffee bits. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Pour into a well greased 2” deep half pan* and bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 40-45 minutes or until firm to the touch.

  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Turn out of pan and slice for service. Drizzle with caramel topping.
