|1/2 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|2 cups||Low sodium chicken broth|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix|
|2 Tbsp||Green chilies, canned, diced|
|1/2 c||Onions, grilled, diced|
|2 c||Corn, drained|
In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water and chicken broth. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
Stir in tomatoes, chilies, onion and corn.
