Oat Crisp Cookies

Create these delicious cookies using our Oat Crisp Topping.

Oat Crisp Cookies

1  bag Foothill Farms® Whole Grain Oat Topping Mix
3  cups Unsalted butter
3   Large eggs
1 1/2  cups Raisins
1 1/2  tsp Baking powder
  1. Blend Oat Crisp Topping, baking powder and butter.

  2. Add raisins and eggs. Blend in a mixer using the paddle attachment.

  3. Spray cookie sheets and scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet using a #30 scoop.

  4. Bake at 350°F in a convection over for 10-12 minutes.
