|Crushed red pepper flakes (optional for additional heat)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (#322T)|
|1 lb||Shredded Extra Melt White American Cheese|
Pour hot water and optional red pepper flakes into mixing container.
Pour cheese sauce mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add cheese and whip until melted.
