Pesto Alfredo Pizza

This savory vegetable and cheese pizza uses alfredo sauce to complement this recipe.

Pesto Alfredo Pizza

1  cup Foothill Farms® Classic Alfredo Sauce Mix #090T
1  TBSP Basil pesto
1   Prepared pizza crust (15 in. x 10 in.)
1  cup Sliced sweet mini peppers
1  cup Halved grape tomatoes
1  cup Chopped artichokes
1/4  cup Chopped red onion
2  cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  Shredded Parmesan cheese
  Fresh minced basil
  1. In a bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce and pesto; stir to combine.

  2. Spread over pizza crust.

  3. Top with half the mozzarella cheese, peppers, tomatoes, artichokes and onion.

  4. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake at 425ºF for 15 - 20 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil.
