  1. Combine mayo, yogurt, oil and water. Whisk to combine.

  2. Add dressing mix packet. Whisk thoroughly to evenly distribute seasoning.

  3. Portion 1 oz into souffle cups and top with lid. Refrigerate until service.

  4. Offer 1 souffle cup per customer.

  5. Hold product at 41° F or below. Hold for cold service at 41° F or lower.
