Ranch Potato Wedges

Ingredients

| 3 lb | Frozen Potato Wedges |
| 1 cup | Canola oil |
| 1/3 cup | Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix |
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place Potato wedges in a large bowl and coat with the oil.
Place on a sheet pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle liberally with Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix and serve.
