Raspberry Chile Pepper Soft Serve

Cool raspberry flavored soft serve with a hint of heat from TABASCO® Sauce.

Raspberry Chile Pepper Soft Serve
Amount Item
2  gal Cold tap water
1  packet Frostline® Raspberry Flavor (#F150)
1  bag Frostline® Vanilla Soft Serve Mix (#D400)
1/2  c TABASCO® Sauce
  1. Fill a clean Frostline mixing bucket with two gallons of cold tap water.

  2. Stir in Raspberry Flavor Packet with whisk until thoroughly dissolved.

  3. Add Vanilla Soft Serve Mix to bucket. Stir vigorously with whisk until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).

  4. Add Tabasco and stir until completely combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into your soft serve machine or cover and place in refrigerator (reduce to 41°F within four hours).
