Savory Chicken & Stuffing Bake

Layers of stuffing, chicken gravy and chicken make up this hearty dish.

2  bags Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavored Stuffing (#T505)
12  cups Boiling water
4  sticks Butter or margarin
1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavored Gravy Instant Mix (073T)
12  oz Shredded chicken
Instructions
  1. Carefully pour boiling water in a mixing bowl. Add butter and contents of two stuffing seasoning pouches. Stir until butter is melted. Add contents of two pouches of breadcrumbs. Mix until all the water is absorbed.

  2. Use one bag per full pan. Divide each bag of prepared stuffing mix in half. Pour half of each prepared bag into each full pan.

  3. Pour 1 gallon hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of 1 bag of Chicken Gravy into water while stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth.

  4. Divide gravy in half and pour half in each full pan on top of the stuffing.

  5. Add 6 oz of shredded chicken to each full pan and spread out evenly.

  6. Add the remaining stuffing mixture to the top of each pan.

  7. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Slice into squares.
