Each prepared bowl contributes 2 oz M/MA, 3/4 Veg (1/2 cup starch, 1/7 cup dark green)

2  oz Turkey Ham, Smoked, Water Added Cooked
1/4  cup Chopped Broccoli, CKD, BLD, DRND, WO/SALT
  1. Prepare mashed potatoes per package instructions.

  2. Prepare turkey ham per package instructions.

  3. Prepare cheese sauce per package instructions.

  4. Boil Broccoli florets until tender.

  5. For service, layer the following in the order below into a 12 oz bowl: 1. Mashed potatoes (1/2 cup) 2. Turkey ham (2 oz) 3. Cheese sauce (1/4 cup) 4. Broccoli florets (1/4 cup)
