A savory melty cheese sauce with hickory tomato-based bbq sauce. Great as a dip for fries, onion rings, breaded vegetables or fondue sauce. Try as a burger and hot dog topper, spread for sandwiches, to coat wings or base for mac & cheese.
|1 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|(Add 1-2 cups less water for thicker sauce)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix #088T|
|2 1/4 c||Hickory BBQ sauce|
In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add bbq sauce to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).
