Spinach Artichoke Dip

Rich and creamy parmesan cheese sauce, artichoke hearts and spinach is the perfect combination served with toasted bread or tortilla chips.

Recipe Yield:
Amount Item
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Alfredo Sauce Mix (either #090T or #575T)
1  cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
4  cups Canned artichoke, chopped
4  cups Frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  1. Pour water into a sauce pan. Pour contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  2. Add cheese to sauce and melt over low heat. Never boil.

  3. Remove from heat and add artichokes and spinach. Stir to combine.

  4. For service: scoop out portion into serving dish. Sprinkle additional mozzarella over top and place in oven to warm and brown. Serve with chips.
