Spicy and creamy queso that can be served with chips, on a burger, over a hot dog or in a sandwich.
|1/2 gal||Hot Water (180°-190°F)|
|1/2 c||Sriracha Chili Sauce|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (#106T)|
|1 lb||Shredded Extra Melt White American Cheese|
Pour hot water and chili sauce into mixing container. Stir to combine.
Pour cheese sauce mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add shredded cheese and whip until melted.
