Add a seasonal spin to your fall menu with this delicious pizza combining walnuts, apples spinach and steak with blue cheese sauce.
Ingredients

1 qt | Sour Cream |
1 qt | Water |
1 bag | Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
1/2 gal | Mayonnaise |
10 inch | Par-baked pizza crust |
4 oz | Shredded steak |
2 oz | Thinly sliced apple (about 1/2 medium) |
1 oz | Chopped walnuts |
1 cup | Provolone & Mozzarella cheese mix |
1 oz | Baby spinach |
Instructions
Add contents of packet to 1 quart of sour cream and 1 quart of water. Mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed. Add ½ gallon of mayonnaise. Mix at low speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Evenly spread 1/2 cup of prepared Blue Cheese Dressing over the pizza crust. Cover and refrigerate remaining dressing.
Evenly place steak, apples, walnuts and cheese over sauced pizza crust.
Bake in 350°F convection oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place spinach over top.
