Tortilla chips piled high with hearty beans, a three-cheese blend, warm nacho cheese sauce, guacamole, sour cream, and grilled steak.
|1 3/4 qts||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#372T)|
|9 lb||Tortilla chips (approx 16 chips per serving)|
|10 lb||Sliced grilled steak|
|1 #10 can||Refried beans|
|3 1/4 c||Sour cream|
|3 1/4 c||Guacamole|
Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir before using. Reserve warm.
For service: Arrange chips on serving plate. Layer 3 oz warm steak, 2 oz warm refried beans, 1/8 c cheese sauce, 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon guacamole.
