Steak Nachos with Three-Cheese Sauce

Tortilla chips piled high with hearty beans, a three-cheese blend, warm nacho cheese sauce, guacamole, sour cream, and grilled steak.

1 3/4  qts Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#372T)
9  lb Tortilla chips (approx 16 chips per serving)
10  lb Sliced grilled steak
1  #10 can Refried beans
3 1/4  c Sour cream
3 1/4  c Guacamole
  1. Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir before using. Reserve warm.

  2. For service: Arrange chips on serving plate. Layer 3 oz warm steak, 2 oz warm refried beans, 1/8 c cheese sauce, 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon guacamole.
