Sweet Carrots

Low-sodium, sweet and tender baby carrots

6  Tbsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb
6  lb Baby carrots
3/4  c Unsalted butter
3/4  c Brown sugar
  1. Add carrots to stock pot, cover with water, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until tender, approximately 12-15 minutes.

  2. While carrots are cooking, in a saucepan over low heat, combine Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend with butter and sugar. Stir until butter and sugar melt.

  3. Once carrots are finished cooking, drain and pour in butter/sugar mixture. Stir gently until carrots are lightly coated and glazed. Serve hot.
