Low-sodium, sweet and tender baby carrots
|6 Tbsp||Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb|
|6 lb||Baby carrots|
|3/4 c||Unsalted butter|
|3/4 c||Brown sugar|
Add carrots to stock pot, cover with water, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until tender, approximately 12-15 minutes.
While carrots are cooking, in a saucepan over low heat, combine Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend with butter and sugar. Stir until butter and sugar melt.
Once carrots are finished cooking, drain and pour in butter/sugar mixture. Stir gently until carrots are lightly coated and glazed. Serve hot.
