|100 pieces||Pita, whole wheat, 6 in.|
|15 1/2 lb||Broccoli Slaw|
|125 oz||Pineapple, canned, drained|
|5 1/2 lb||Broccoli slaw|
|2 bags||Foothill Farms Sweet Thai Chili (V442)|
|1 gallon||8 oz water|
To prepare meatballs: Place in a single layer on a pan and bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 12-15 minutes if frozen and 8-10 minutes if thawed.
To prepare sauce: Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of package into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved.
To prepare broccoli pineapple slaw: Mix the broccoli slaw with one #10 can of drained, crushed pineapple.
To assemble pita: Cut pocket bread in half and open up. Place 1/4 cup of broccoli slaw pineapple mixture in each half. Place two meatballs on top of the broccoli slaw. Top with 2 Tbsp. of Sweet Thai Chili Sauce.
