| 2 c | Rice wine vinegar |
| 2 lb | Apricot preserves |
| 5 c | Apple juice |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (#V408) |
| 3 Tbsp | Ground coriander |
| 1/2 gal | Oil |
Instructions
In a large bowl, add vinegar, preserves, and juice. Stir with wire whisk.
Add contents of Dressing Mix (7.6 oz) and coriander to bowl. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Slowly whisk in oil.
