3  qt Hot water (180°-190°F)
2 1/2  lbs Rice, Brown (or white), Long Grain, Parboiled
1  bag Foothill Farms® Select Taco Seasoning Mix (V413)
6  cups Diced Tomatoes
Instructions

  1. In a 2” full-size steam table pan, combine hot water, rice, contents of Select Taco Seasoning mix and diced tomatoes. Stir well.

  2. Cover and bake in a 350°F conventional oven 30-35 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and stir well. Return to oven for approximately 10 more minutes, or until water is absorbed.
