|1 bag||Foothill Farms Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix (either #096T or #067T)|
|1 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|Southern Style Biscuit Dough, large 4-4.5 oz|
For gravy: Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix (28 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Set aside.
In a stock pot, brown sausage.
Add sauce to browned sausage. Stir to combine. Reserve warm.
For biscuits: Place biscuits on sheet pan. Make a well in biscuit dough. Using a #30 scoop (2 Tbsp) place sauce onto of biscuit and bake per manufacturer's directions.
