Amount Item
1  bag Foothill Farms® Alfredo Sauce Mix (either #090 or #575), prepared per package directions (makes 1/2 gal)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Turkey (#079) or Chicken (either #G406 or #073) Gravy Mix , prepared per package directions (makes 1/2 gal)
3  lb Cooked spaghetti, whole grain
2  lb Diced turkey or chicken, fully-cooked, IQF, 1/2" squares
  Grated parmesan cheese, optional
Instructions
  1. In a large stock pot, add 1/2 gal prepared Alfredo Sauce and 1 gal prepared Turkey or Chicken Gravy. Stir to combine to make a sauce.

  2. Layer cooked spaghetti on bottom of well-greased, full-size, 4" steamtable pan.

  3. Evenly distribute meat over spaghetti.

  4. Pour sauce over meat/spaghetti mixture.

  5. Bake in 350°F convection oven for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
