Directions For Use

Pour ½ gal (64 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Remove cover and re-stir prior to serving.

In a half pan, mix ½ gallon of cheese sauce with 3 lb cooked elbow macaroni (approximately 1 ½ lb dry pasta). Keep warm (160°F).
