The distinctive sharp Cheddar flavor with a large, bold finish. Adds upscale flavor whenever you use it. A great accompaniment to any dish in which you will use a high grade of shredded Cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

Cheddar Cheese Blend [Whey, Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Reduced Lactose Whey, Maltodextrin, Canola Oil, Sodium Phosphate, Blue Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Nonfat Dry Milk, Color (Yellow 5 & 6, Annatto)], Modified Food Starch, Whey, Corn, Syrup Solids, Coconut Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Contains Less Than 2% of: Calcium & Potassium Phosphate, Citric Acid, Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Soy Lecithin, Artificial Flavor, Annatto Color, Xanthan Gum, Disodium Inosinate.

Directions For Use

Pour ½ gallon of hot water (160-190° F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of one bag of TUF® Instant Extra Sharp Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Remove cover and re-stir prior to serving.
To make approximately one quart of cheese sauce, mix one loosely packed cup of cheese sauce mix with 3 cups of hot water.
