Directions For Use
Pour one gallon of hot water (180-190º F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of one bag of TUF® Instant Special Blend Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Remove cover and re-stir prior to serving.
To make approximately one quart of cheese sauce, mix one loosely packed cup of cheese sauce mix with 3 cups of hot water.
Third ingredient is cheddar cheese.
In a full size pan, mix 1 gallon of cheese sauce with 6 lb cooked elbow macaroni (approx 3 lb dry pasta) or for creamier mac & cheese use 5 lb cooked (approx 2 ½ lb dry). Keep warm (160°F).
