A thick, full bodied Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix with a sharp tangy finish.

Ingredients

Cheddar & Blue Cheese Blend [Whey (Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Buttermilk, Maltodextrin, Salt, Reduced Lactose Whey, Canola Oil, Whey Protein, Sodium Phosphate, Nonfat Dry Milk, Citric Acid, Artificial Color (Yellow 5 & 6)], Modified Food Starch, Corn, Syrup Solids, Coconut Oil, Buttermilk, Salt, Natural Flavors (Contains Cheddar Cheese, Buttermilk, Disodium Phosphate), Calcium & Potassium Phosphate, Nonfat Dry Milk and/or Sodium Caseinate, Yeast Extract, Lactic Acid, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Artificial Flavor, Soy Lecithin, Annatto (Color), Butter (Cream, Salt), Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Disodium Inosinate, Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

Pour ½ gallon of hot water (160-190° F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of one bag of TUF® Instant Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Remove cover and re-stir prior to serving.
To make approximately one quart cheese sauce, mix one loosely packed cup of cheese sauce mix with 3 cups of hot water.
