General Description
A creamy blend of real Monterey Jack cheese with small dices of spicy bell pepper. A unique dipping sauce for many menu items. The prefect compliment to hot sandwiches, steamed vegetables or as a filling in a quesadilla. Perfect as a spicy queso dip. Mix with hot water. No boiling required.
Ingredients
Monterey Jack, Swiss & Cheddar Cheese Blend [(Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Maltodextrin, Buttermilk, Canola Oil, Salt, Lactic Acid, Disodium Phosphate, Natural Flavor], Modified Food Starch, Whey, Coconut Oil, Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Red & Green Bell Peppers, Sodium Caseinate, Sodium & Potassium Phosphate, Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Disodium Inosinate, Citric Acid, Spice Extractive, Soy Lecithin, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).
Directions For Use
Pour ½ gallon of hot water (160°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of package into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Re-stir prior to serving.
