With Foothill Farms® Bourbon Flavor Sauce Mix, simply add mix to water for a decadent sauce. Patrons will love its complex flavor with notes of sweet molasses, aged cayenne pepper, garlic and onion.


Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Soy Sauce Blend [Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Maltodextrin, Salt], Molasses (includes Wheat Starch, Soy Lecithin), Salt, Less Than 2% Of: Sodium Diacetate, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Garlic, Caramel Color, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Onion, Hot Sauce (Aged Cayenne Peppers, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic), Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor (Contains Canola Oil & Bourbon), Spice, White Distilled Vinegar, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

Pour 1 qt (32 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (12.32 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Ready to use.

For Bourbon Chicken, heat 5 lb diced chicken according to manufacturer’s directions. Tip: For maximum flavor and to ensure sauce clings well, drain excess moisture from chicken after heated. Transfer chicken to serving pan and pour prepared sauce over chicken. Toss to evenly coat. Maintain at 165°F.
