General Description
Crème Anglaise is the French translation for custard sauce. A nice rich, smooth-textured, vanilla-flavored sauce that can be served, warm or cold, with cakes, pies or fruit and is ideal for dressing plated desserts. Completely instant. Mixes with cold milk.
Ingredients
Dextrose, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Cream Blend (Heavy Cream, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey), Egg Yolk, Maltodextrin, Butter (Cream, Salt, Annatto Extract), Natural & Artificial Flavor, Nonfat Dry Milk, Xanthan Gum, Buttermilk, Salt, Canola Oil, Sour Cream (Cultured Cream, Nonfat Dry Milk), Disodium Phosphate, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid.
Directions For Use
Pour 2 cups (16 fl oz) of cold milk into mixing container. Pour contents of Foothill Farms® Crème Anglaise Custard Sauce Mix (7.05 oz) into milk while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is thick. Ready to use. Cover and store in refrigerator.
