General Description

Tangy teriyaki sauce is accented with the naturally sweet, slow-simmered flavor of Southern BBQ. Kikkoman® Soy Sauce, sesame and garden vegetables fuse together for bold flavor without all the sodium normally found in teriyaki sauces. With its rich dark color and tantalizing flavor, Foothill Farms® BBQ Teriyaki Sauce is a student favorite.

Ingredients

Brown Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybean, Salt), Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Salt, Tricalcium Phosphate, Garlic, Dextrin, Disodium Inosinate & Guanylate, Sesame Oil, Beet Powder, White Distilled Vinegar, Gum Arabic, Yeast Extract, Spice & Coloring (Contains Paprika), Tomato Powder, Natural Flavor, Garlic Extract, Spice, Onion.

Directions For Use

Pour 1/2 gal (64 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (24.8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Ready to use.

For smaller batch, add 1-2/3 cups (351.54 g) sauce mix to 1 qt of hot water (180°-190°F).

For BBQ Teriyaki Chicken, heat 10 lb diced chicken according to manufacturer’s directions. Tip: For maximum flavor and to ensure sauce clings well, drain excess moisture from chicken after heated. Transfer chicken to serving pan and pour prepared sauce over chicken. Toss to evenly coat. Maintain at 165°F.

Mantenga a 165 °F.
