Foothill Farms® Sweet Thai Style Chili Sauce ignites a rush of flavor that’s balanced with natural sugars and soy sauce. Onion, garlic and red bell pepper spike the golden sauce for a patron-pleasing finish.

Ingredients

Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Brown Sugar, Maltodextrin, Garlic Powder, Sodium Diacetate, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Dehydrated Onion, Citric Acid, Annatto & Paprika Extract (Color), Tomato Powder, Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Red Chili Pepper, Xanthan Gum, Chili Flake Blend (Contains Chili Peppers, Rice Flour, Garlic, Salt, White Distilled Vinegar), Garlic Extract, White Distilled Vinegar, Spice Extract, Contains 2% Or Less Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

Pour 1/2 gal (64 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (14.1 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Ready to use.

For smaller batch, add 1-1/2 cups (199.9 g) sauce mix to 1 qt of hot water (180°-190°F).

For Sweet Thai Style Chili Chicken, heat 10 lb diced chicken according to manufacturer’s directions. Tip: For maximum flavor and to ensure sauce clings well, drain excess moisture from chicken after heated. Transfer chicken to serving pan and pour prepared sauce over chicken. Toss to evenly coat. Maintain at 165°F.
