Directions For Use
Pour 1/2 gal (64 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (14.1 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Ready to use.
For Orange Chicken, heat 10 lb diced chicken according to manufacturer’s directions. Tip: For maximum flavor and to ensure sauce clings well, drain excess moisture from chicken after heated. Transfer chicken to serving pan and pour prepared sauce over chicken. Toss to evenly coat. Maintain at 165°F.
