An instant version of the traditional Hollandaise Sauce that eliminates all the work involved in making it from scratch. This smooth, rich, creamy sauce is made with egg yolks and butter with a hint of lemon. The sauce can be used to embellish vegetables, fish and the classic Eggs Benedict.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, Whey Protein Concentrate, Non Fat Dry Milk, Modified Food Starch, Egg Yolk, Butter (Cream, Salt, Annatto Extract), Salt, Soybean & Canola Oil, Natural & Artificial Flavor (Includes Corn Syrup, Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil), Modified Soy Protein, Phosphate (Calcium, Sodium), Buttermilk, Citric Acid, Sour Cream (Cultured Cream, Non Fat Dry Milk), Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract, Color (Annatto, Turmeric), Lactic Acid, Spice Extractive.

Directions For Use

Add contents of package (280 grams) to 32 ounces hot water (180-190°F) while mixing with a wire whisk until completely dissolved and smooth in body. Ready to serve.
