Directions For Use
Pour contents of package (12.5 oz) into a 12-quart bowl mixing bowl of an electric mixer with a wire whip attachment. Add two cups of cold water, one quart of vinegar (white distilled vinegar is recommended), and three cups of vegetable oil. Mix at high speed for about three minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl. Turn mixer back on and slowly pour in ½ gallon of vegetable oil. Once oil has been added, continue mixing at high speed for another three minutes. Cover and keep refrigerated. Mix well before serving.
Yields 1 1/8 gallons (141 - 2 Tbsp servings)
Note: For creamy, non-separating dressing combine 2 quarts of cold water to package contents. Let stand two minutes. Add 2 quarts of mayonnaise and two quarts of sour cream. Mix until creamy. Cover and refrigerate overnight and stir well before serving.
