Make fresh oil & vinegar based Italian Dressing with a classic blend of herbs, spices and garlic. Regular or lite dressings can be easily prepared by changing the amount of oil and following the appropriate recipe on the package. Contains no MSG.
Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Guar Gum, Soybean Oil, Xanthan Gum, Spice Extract, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).
Directions For Use
To make One gallon of Italian Salad Dressing: Mix together 1 cup of Foothill Farms® Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing & Seasoning Mix, 3 cups of vinegar and 1 1/4 quarts of water with a wire whisk or electric mixer on medium to high speed. Ad 1/2 gallon of vegetable oil and continue mixing until well blended. Stir before using. Keep refrigerated.
To make One Gallon of Lite Italian Dressing: Substitute 1 quart of vegetable oil and 1/2 gallon of water for Lite Italian Dressing. Follow mixing instructions above.

Prior to reconstitution, this product will be stable for up to 15 months when stored unopened in a cool, dry place.
